EXPERIENCED - Scott enjoyed a twenty-seven year career with the FBI. Following retirement in 2002, he served a five-year appointment as Assistant Federal Security Director-Law Enforcement for the Transportation Security Administration in Moline, Illinois. Scott founded Quality Investigations in 2008. He is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security, Society of Former FBI Agents, Iowa Association of Private Investigators, and Trapline, a national network of former FBI agents now working as private investigators. He has assisted attorneys, buisnesses, other investigators, and individuals on all types of cases.
